I recently saw Daniel Pink speak on “mastering an outsourced and automated world” at a Human Resources conference. He’s a best selling author of books about the changing world of work. His presentation below  is about “the hidden truths behind what really motivates us at home and in the workplace.” The presentation is about ten minutes long and if you’re involved with human resources or are a business leader, it is brilliantly insightful.
